Helen Rolfe, owner of Lente Designs announces new range of tablet cases for men and children and talks ‘Amazon’ with the Daily Telegraph
Celebrating its fourth year in business, Lente Designs has just expanded their range of designs for men and children’s tablet covers to cater for increased demand from both these flourishing sectors. To reach this milestone of expansion, Helen has attributed some of the success to selling through Amazon as outlined in a recent feature by The Daily Telegraph.
Having successfully identified a niche market in the iPad, Kindle & Tab accessories arena for bright, chic, on-trend designed cases favoured mainly by women, Lente Designs have just expanded their range of tablet cases for men and children to create a ‘one stop’ shop for all the family. Added to the popular striped collection for men is the new ‘Siena’ and ‘Sterling’ stripes and for kids, the new ‘Monsters Ink’ design.
All cases are priced under £20 and come pre-wrapped in a metallic foil bag making them a perfect gift item for all generations. Cases are available for the iPad, Kindle, Hudl, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Note and Google Nexus.
Now in its fourth year of trading, Lente Designs sells its eye catching and unique designed iPad, Kindle and Tablet cases through its own website, on eBay and also on Amazon. With Amazon sales making up around 50% – 60% of Lente Designs business, Helen explained that nowadays with the amount of people doing their shopping on Amazon, it’s vital to use the Amazon platform to gain direct access to millions of shoppers.
“We use Amazon to sell to the UK, across Europe and in the US,” says Helen, a former customer relations and business management consultant. Helen manages the shop window on the site and deals with customer enquiries. To date Lente Designs has 100% customer satisfaction feedback which is a huge achievement and enables them to stand out from the crowd in this expanding sector.
