Peggy Guggenheim

On a birthday trip to Venice a couple of years back, we visited the house of Peggy Guggenheim – such a fascinating collection of art just filling a home! It was really amazing and such a blast of colour to contrast with the rather wet and grey we were experiencing outside – well it was December and Piazza San Marco was flooded (again!)

I hadn’t thought much about it recently until I saw this article in The Times about the lady…quite a fascinating read.
